Covid19 bride here: In all honesty, Finishing Touches have been on our journey with us throughout this awful pandemic. We had a Sikh ceremony and a separate Civil ceremony organised in 2020 which have been rescheduled a total of 4 times.

Ian & Pam extended their reassurance to us, adapted the package to suit our needs and always provided timely responses to help us organise new dates each time.

We finally had our civil wedding in April (Manor by the Lake) and our Sikh wedding in May 2021 (Wednesfield Guru Nanak Gurdwara) and the team were exceptional. If there was a 10-star option I would press it. On the day the team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease, little touches like Maisie calling your niece’s name for a photograph make you feel like you truly are with friends.

Our photographs have been returned to us in RECORD breaking time, after each ceremony we had our photographs within TWO WEEKS. TWO WEEKS. Every time I look through the photos I have a huge smile on my face, my family are in absolute love with them as well. They capture every moment, both candid and more traditional posed pictures.

Beyond this, Ian and Pam are so open and genuine. From when we first had our consultation I was impressed with how transparent the website is, in terms of video edit schedule and showcasing their work. We had found other suppliers to be quite vague in terms of when to expect photographs and video’s back, in comparison Finishing Touches outline to you the specifics of the dates and in our case were quicker than this!

 

This is the ONLY supplier that we actually kept and had a good relationship with from our original plans, they were so flexible and understanding! We did not incur any financial losses by changing our plans which is a lot more than can be said for other suppliers! We eagerly anticipate our wedding films and have every faith that they will be as lovely.
